This is an old barn near Rathdrum, Idaho that is held up by the help of a couple of pine trees. The owner of the barn is a beekeeper as evidenced by the boxes stacked all over the place. The old Dodge truck just seemed to fit in the composition and add the right touch. Sunset skies complement the entire scene. An old Idaho farm at it's artistic best!

Paul Hill lives and paints in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Born and raised in Idaho, I enjoy painting subjects that are local, regional and familiar. Coeur d'Alene is a destination resort on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene.
